Privacy Policy

Effective 24 October 2026

Keira Byrnes (ABN 40 468 520 086) ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you visit neurofascialtraining.com.au, register for our webinars, or buy our programs, including the Equine Neurofascial Repatterning Certification (ENFRC). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address when you register for a webinar or join our list.
  • Your phone number, location or other details if you choose to give them on a form.
  • Purchase details (name, billing address, what you bought). Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Anything you share with us in emails, surveys, webinar chat, Q&A or community posts, such as information about your horse or your work.
  • Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and how you interact with our emails, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we collect it

Mostly directly from you, through forms on our website, checkout pages, emails and live sessions. We also collect some information automatically through cookies, the Meta (Facebook) pixel and analytics tools, and we may receive limited information from Meta or other platforms if you respond to one of our ads.

Why we use it

  • To register you for the webinar and send your joining link, reminders and replay.
  • To deliver programs you buy, give you access to course content and support you as a student.
  • To send you emails about our training, offers and related content (see Marketing emails below).
  • To process payments, payment plans and refunds.
  • To understand how our website, ads and emails perform and improve them.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Kajabi, which hosts our website, forms, emails, checkout and courses.
  • Zoom, which hosts our live webinars and calls.
  • Our payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal, through Kajabi.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising and measuring ad results.
  • Our accountant, bookkeeper or professional advisers, where needed.
  • Government or law enforcement bodies, where the law requires it.

Overseas storage

Several of these providers, including Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe and Meta, store or process data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. By using our website and services, you understand your information may be handled overseas. We choose providers with recognised privacy and security practices.

Marketing emails

When you register for a webinar or download something from us, you agree to receive emails from us about that event and our related training and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We follow the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies and the Meta pixel so we can understand visitors and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account. Some site features may not work without cookies.

Webinar recordings

We may record live webinars and calls to share replays. If you speak, turn on your camera or post in the chat, that may appear in the recording. You can stay off camera and use a display name if you prefer.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using reputable platforms and secure logins. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email [email protected] and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
