Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use neurofascialtraining.com.au, register for a free webinar, or buy a program from Keira Byrnes (ABN 40 468 520 086), including the Equine Neurofascial Repatterning Certification (ENFRC). By registering or purchasing, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

Free webinars

• Webinars are free educational sessions held on Zoom. Times are shown in Brisbane time (AEST) unless stated otherwise.
• We may change the date or time, or cancel a session, and will email registered attendees if we do.
• Your joining link is for you only. Please do not share it.
• A replay may be available for a limited time, at our discretion.
• During the webinar we will share information about our paid programs. There is no obligation to buy.

Buying a program

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• You can pay in full or, where offered, by instalment plan. If you choose a plan, you agree to pay every instalment on time, even if you stop using the program. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the program for your own learning. You get lifetime access to the course content, for as long as the program is offered.
• Program dates, such as the January 2027 ENFRC cohort, are given in good faith and may change if needed. We will let you know of any change as early as we can.

Refunds

Because our programs are digital and give you immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a program is not as described or has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy regardless of the policy above.

Certification

Completing ENFRC and meeting its assessment requirements earns a certificate of completion from Keira Byrnes. This is not a government-accredited qualification and does not qualify or license you to practise veterinary medicine. You are responsible for any insurance, registration or local requirements that apply to your own practice.

Our content

All videos, slides, workbooks, techniques, recordings and other materials are owned by Keira Byrnes or used with permission. You may use what you learn with your own horses and clients. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or teach our materials or programs to others without our written permission.

Community and live calls

Please be respectful in webinars, live calls and any community space. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive or promotes their own services without permission. Live calls may be recorded and shared with other students.

Limitation of liability

Our programs are educational. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of our content, including injury to you, your horse or others, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it. Please read our Disclaimer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
